Earn while you learn

We help collaborate with universities or educational institutions to design a curriculum that is more aligned with industry needs. This collaboration can include input from industry experts to ensure that students are learning skills that are directly applicable to the workplace and students are able to earn while they learn.

A partnership like this can be achieved by combining the Trust Act, under which Shivaleela foundation operates, and the Education Act, which gives universities the right to have Industry-Academia partnerships.

The program covers Diploma and advanced Diploma courses with a duration of 1 to 3 years. The idea is to allow students to spend 95% of their time at work and 5% of their time in the classroom.

What are the benefits of Industry-Academia partnerships?

1. Practical Training: Emphasis is placed on practical training rather than purely theoretical instruction. Students could spend a significant amount of time working on real-world projects, internships, or apprenticeships in the partnering companies.

2. Earn While You Learn Model: In certain cases, students may receive a stipend or salary for their work during the practical training component. This "earn while you learn" model provides financial support to students and also helps them gain industry experience.

3. Customized Syllabus: The syllabus is tailored to meet the specific needs of the industry. This ensures that students graduate with not only a theoretical understanding of their field but also practical skills that make them more employable.
